Check the Notes certifier information in the Domino Directory

Check in the Domino Directory -> Configuration -> Certificates your Notes certifier. The field which controls the 'Notification' for certifier requests is on the contact information tab.

Under the section E-mail you will find the details to which the mail will be addressed. In my environement it's controlled by the entry 'Other mail address'. When you fill in another address in this field and you will create with your Notes client an update request you will notice that the request will be sent to this new address.

I don't have tried the Notes mail server / Notes mail file fields under the same section but I think they will have the same effect.
